Hebrews Remember the early days that you were in the light, when you endured a great conflict in the face of suffering. We found that the dangers were quite substantial , especially for women. Women working more than 60 hours per week, equivalent to 12 hours per day, were more than three times as likely to eventually suffer heart disease, cancer, arthritis or diabetes, and more than twice as likely to have chronic lung disease or asthma, as women working a conventional hour workweek.

Working just a bit more, an average of 41 to 50 hours per week, over many years appeared to substantially increase the long-term risk of disease. These studies show that not all hours are created equal. The research suggests that harm may occur past a certain point. A four-day week causes workers to squeeze more hours than usual into a day.

Occupational psychologists realize that people do not function as effectively when tired or stressed. This may be even more of a concern for older persons. Moreover, just squeezing five days of hour-a-day work into a compressed hour schedule can create more rigidity and reduced flexibility for families and children. Unfortunately, there are those who view church this way. Church is more than just entertainment, having large numbers of people attending services or hearing messages of empowerment from the pulpit that makes one feel good.

Church is the lifeline of any society. Church is a unique place that should instill change in people's lives. So what do people need from church? Meeting the Needs People need to have their spiritual, emotional and physical needs met. We are living in a crazy world today. II Timothy helps me put this in perspective, "but know this, that in the last days perilous times will come.

More and more children are growing up in broken homes, unemployment is on the rise and Christians are sinking deeper into debt like never before.

Many churchgoers are struggling to make ends meet in their everyday lives, and we feel the pinch of reality just like everyone else. Believers are not exempt from trials of the world. We are living in perilous and drastic times. Drastic times call for drastic measures. Targeted small groups should be implemented in churches to be available to meet the needs in each believer's life.

Irrespective of church size, each church can provide effective small group ministries and outreach services, even smaller churches can have and should have specialized small groups. This momentum can then spread out beyond the walls of the church and be incorporated into the community where the church serves. To the best of its ability, the church can provide services, counseling and advice to those in need. At these Super Centers, one can purchase anything from cooking oil to car oil and from pet food to fresh produce.

The convenience of having everything located under one roof is a multi-billion dollar secret. This is the true meaning of a convenience store.

Billie Jean King - Wikipedia

The Super Center customers are truly in love with this concept of everything under one roof. I think the church is a type of Super Center. Whatever the situation, there is a Bible-based solution and counsel for each and every problem. I am not advocating that each individual church would have the expertise and know-how to deal with every situation.

However, every church should have access to resources needful to guide an individual in the proper direction along with God's Word. At times it is hard for single mothers to control their teenage children without the help of father figures. If these single mothers are churchgoers and there are no programs, seminars and sermons to help them in this area, then the church is not meeting their needs. The church should always strive to meet the needs of men and women as it brings the good news of the salvation message of Jesus Christ.

The church truly is about people. One of the greatest lessons of meeting the people's need was demonstrated when the Messiah fed the 4, Mark Jesus showed by His deeds the church's purpose and function. He didn't become an addict by choice, he became an addict because of the painful arthritis in his feet.

Avoid this drug. I have recently had lower back pain and all the opioid meds made me feel awful. Tramadol - one 50 mg a day was more than enough to eradicate all pain, made me feel so happy and active. I did more in one day happily than I did in two months. I was prescribed tramadol due to back pain. All was well for 2 days but then I suffered a seizure as I waking up one morning due to the medication. I had never had a seizure before.

Was completely disoriented and ending up in the ER. Works well.

Tramadol is a lot more potent for ME personally than other folks, it gives high energy and i became a very happy and active person. I think my brain chemistry responds well to the weak SNRI property. However, I went from 50mg a day to mg a day in a 1yr time span, i built a tolerance with continual plateaus -- i started using recretionally because i felt so good.

With tolerance and increased dosage, taken consistently, increases withdrawl symptoms when stopped. Cold turkey i have had some sleepless nights tossing and turning. I am on day 4 without it and so far insomnia is my only withdrawl symptom. All in all, i think i am better off without it.

Okay I've been having the worst lower back pain for 2 months now , my doctor put me on tramadol 50mg every 8 hours it made me very light headed.. The next morning I woke up no pain , but kept throwing up. It's nice to not be in pain , but I just feel very uncomfortable. Does this make sense??

Tramadol was a life saver for me. Having been in severe pain for over a year while GP tried different remedies including aquatic therapy. A rheumatologist diagnosed fibromyalgia and prescribed tramadol. Two 50mg tablets 6 hours apart and I felt like a new person - functional.

    High-Level Thoughts

I've been taking tramadol for about 4 years now. I always take a little something to eat to assuage any stomach problems. I have been taking 50mg, once a day at bedtime. I have a stress fracture in my sacrum and a torn ACL in my knee.
